Job Description 

The Sr Administrative Assistant will assume a central role ensuring the development of a “One Social 
Performance team” by (i) playing an active role in leading specific activities; (ii) promoting coordination 
and collaboration amongst component functions, this being especially the case with ensuring the 
development of relationships with field-based teams, and among field-based and Maputo-based teams; 
and (iii) providing support to all functions as requested.

Responsabilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff;
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments as well as taking notes and minutes in meetings;
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders;
  • Document filing and control, which includes the SP teams’ SharePoint and Teams;
  • Improve administrative processes and ordering and taking stock of office supplies;
  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff;
  • Supporting teams on liasing with C&P for tender process (e.g. PR creation, etc.);
  • Assist staff with administrative duties as requested and completion of relevant documentation for 
  • e-certification compliance;
  • Liaise with Afungi based administrative assistants on activities related to the site;
  • Assume responsibility for use of Isometrix in Maputo;
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members.

Qualifications:

Work Experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience in a multi-national company as  preference requirement; 
  • Language Fluency in English and Portuguese;

Skills: Computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
